Out-of-Stock Update: What’s Happening with Our Products
We want to be transparent about why over 50 of our products, including many of our best-selling protectors, are currently out of stock. A large shipment has been ready in China since April, but we were unable to bring it to our warehouse due to the 145% tariffs imposed on Chinese imports in April. Combined with the existing 5–28% tariffs we’ve managed for years, these new costs are simply unsustainable for our small business. As a result, we had to pause shipping of all products for over a month.

What’s Next?
Update: As of June 6rd, the shipment is still en route and due at the port June 10th. We will have a more precise ETA around the 12th. Stay tuned, you are almost there!
Update: As of May 12th, the tariffs have dropped to 30% for 90 days. We ordered our forwarder to load our containers onto a ship ASAP. They are in route with an ETA at the port in US around June 10th. Since there are thousands of other companies rushing to get their goods in these next 90 days of the paused tariff, there will most likely be some backup at the port in the US once it arrives. We are hoping to have everything in hand, ready to ship, around June 17th-25th.

Pricing
We’re committed to keeping prices as low as possible, but some increases may be unavoidable to cover these unexpected costs. Our goal is to minimize any changes while ensuring we can continue running our business and supporting our dedicated team and their families. Container shipping prices have also skyrocketed as demand has greatly increased since the pause of tariffs. We’ll provide more details on pricing soon.
