Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cryptocurrency.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: We are currently setting up an easy process for wholesale ordering for businesses. In the meantime, please send us a message on our contact us page with what you need and we will make sure we take care of you.



Q: What are your shipping fees?
A: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are shipped the same business day if ordered by 5:00pm EST, unless unforeseen/isolated events arise.

Q: Where are you located and do you have a store that customers can visit?
A: We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. We do not allow walk-in business at this time as this location is only a shipment facility. For local pickups, you must place your order through our site first before coming to pick the order up.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No at this time we do not ship internationally.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information for that carrier. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to be updated after shipment. 

Q: What carrier(s) do you use to ship my order?
A: We use a variety of carriers depending on the price and geographical location including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, etc.

Q: What if I have issues with the product?
A: Though we conduct quality control inspections at shipping, we understand issues may arise. Feel free to contact us.
